TERMS & CONDITIONS

PHOTOGRAPHY

If you are unsatisfied with any images provided to you, we will work with you on a solution and reshoot the desired images.

This only applies to the images that do not meet your expectations due to the photographer's fault. This includes, but is not limited to: out of focus, angles not previously discussed, etc.
This does not include images taken during unpleasant weather.
This does not include events that are outside of the photographer's control. This includes, but is not limited to: inside or outside home decor, vehicles in driveway, home not ready, weather, etc.
If unpleasant weather does not permit exterior shots, photographer guarantees a reshoot of the exterior on the next available session.
Severe weather conditions will cause the appointment to be canceled and rescheduled to the next available session.

If you request additional images, each one will have a cost of $6.00.

If you request additional photographs or services for either seasonal changes or night-time shoots, additional fees may apply.

When the property is being photographed, you, as a client, are responsible for the following:

You must ensure that all areas of the property that will be shot are accessible to the photographer.
You must ensure that the property is ready to be photographed. If in the event that the property is not ready for photographing, there is a fee for the photographer showing up to the property and not be let to photograph. Fee is $45, this fee is in addition to your package price.
- The appointment can be rescheduled until the next available session.
- On day of original appointment, if the exterior can be photographed, you may choose to get these images prior to the rescheduled appointment.
- You may opt to cancel the appointment, however, the $45 show up fee applies, this means that you will get a refund minus the $45 fee.
In the event that the photographer is at the property and it is not presentable, the photographer does not declare it not photo ready. The property will be shot as is.
- If you are not satisfied with the images provided, you may reschedule a shoot for additional fees.

Images and videos taken by ORLANDOimages Online, also known as OiO, will be archived for up to a year. You may inquire about the images and videos taken for a period of up to twelve months. If you inquire images and videos taken after the twelve month period has passed, you will need to purchase a new package. We are not responsible if the property has changed in any way. Images and videos will only be released to the original client/agent. Any images or videos inquired cannot be used by a different client/agent. We reserve the right to the images and videos.

OiO may occasionally use the services of independent contractors. OiO cannot be held liable for any wrongdoing, negligence or damage that may incur from the independent contractor services.

PAYMENT

Payment for our packages or services is due at checkout. Any additional fees that are owed to OiO will be invoiced within a week of our services. Payment for our invoices must be received within fifteen (15) days from date of the invoice. If payment is not received within fifteen (15) days, you may be subject to a late fee ($30). If there are unpaid invoices, your future bookings may be subject to cancellation. In the event that legal action must be taken in order to collect the due balances, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses that may have incurred in the process of recovering said balance. These expenses may include, but are not limited to: legal expenses, attorney's fees, etc. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations need to be 24 hours prior to the appointment. Full refund is available.
There are no refunds if the photographer has already provided the service. We promise to deliver high quality images, and to satisfy your needs.

  - This does not include images taken during unpleasant* weather.

There are no full refunds if the shoot was not canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment. Fee for cancellation inside the 24 hour period is $25. Money is refunded minus the $25 fee.
- If the property was sold inside the 24 hour period, full refund is available with proof of the sold listing, i.e. contract.
  - If the property sold, you may keep our services and simply reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to the next available session, towards another property.
Full refunds will qualify if for any unforeseen event the photographer is unable to provide the product. Severe** weather may apply.

WEATHER CONDITIONS POLICY

We all know how unpredictable Florida weather can be, however, please review this policy to know what you can do in the event of unpleasant* weather conditions.

WE GUARANTEE BLUE SKIES WITH EVERY IMAGE***

If weather allows, you may proceed with your scheduled appointment.
- Keep in mind this option may cause your images to reflect the inopportune weather.
- Weather reflection includes, but is not limited to: rain, clouds, etc.
- Any digital processing to correct the inopportune weather is not included in the original price.
- If weather does not allow for exterior shots, the photographer will go back for a reshoot of the exterior only at no additional cost.
- This option will void our Service Guarantee.
You may choose to reschedule your appointment to the next available session.
Severe** weather conditions will cause the appointment to be canceled and rescheduled to the next available session. In the case of severe weather, you may choose to cancel the appointment for a full refund.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Your high quality images are guaranteed to be delivered between one to two business days, unless otherwise specified. If pictures are taken on a Friday, they will be available on the next business day. Product is sent to the provided email address, via wetransfer.com
- Video delivery may take up to 60 - 96 hours.
Photographer is open to the discussion of the shoot, whether it be via email, text or phone call, prior to the day of the appointment. This will allow you to communicate important details of the home that you may or may not want photographed.
- You may leave desired comments or justifiable needs in the "comments" section when you're scheduling the appointment.
If you are unsatisfied with any images provided to you, we will work with you on a solution and reshoot the desired images.
- This only applies to the images that do not meet your expectations due to the photographer's fault. This includes, but is not limited to: out of focus, angles not previously discussed, etc.
- This does not include images taken during unpleasant* weather.
- This does not include events that are outside of the photographer's control. This includes, but is not limited to: inside or outside home decor, vehicles in driveway, home not ready, weather, etc. Check out the BEFORE A SHOOT document for more information on what you need to do to get a property ready prior to your appointment.
- If you are unsatisfied with the video provided to you, it may be revised up to two times. Extra revisions will incur in a $15 fee for each extra time.
If unpleasant* weather does not permit exterior shots, photographer guarantees a reshoot of the exterior on the next available session.
- Severe** weather conditions will cause the appointment to be canceled and rescheduled to the next available session.
Guaranteed blue skies on your exterior images. This includes dark, gloomy days, but excludes rainy days.
- This excludes videos.
If needed, you can be provided with an image of the property's façade (front exterior) on the same day of the shoot. This excludes pictures taken during unpleasant weather.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING

We will not sell, rent or share this information to other parties outside of our organization. We have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email, contact form or other direct contact. We are the sole owners of any information that may be collected on this site.

Your information will be used to respond to you, in regards to the reason you have contacted us. You may be contacted by us via email to be provided with services, new products, specials or changes to our privacy policy. You may opt to not be contacted by us after our services have been provided.

SECURITY

We use cookies to provide the services and features offered on our website, and to improve our user experience.
Cookies are small files or other pieces of data which are downloaded or stored on your computer or other device, that can be tied to information about your use of our website (including certain third party services and features offered as part of our website.)

Use of cookies is not linked to any personal information on our website.

We reserve the right for all images and videos taken by OiO. We retain the copyrights to the product, as your purchase is single use, non-transferable, non-exclusive image license. An image license for real estate agents is good for the duration of the listing. It expires as soon as the property is sold, canceled or reassigned. You may not sell, give or loan the images to any party as you are the licensee of a non-transferable license. Images should be used for marketing and promotional needs, only. OiO uses non-copyrighted audio files that are available for videos, these can be used as background audio on any listing. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the copyright or permission for use of any text, audio, video or image that you provide OiO with. By agreeing with our Terms & Conditions, you are accepting responsibility and you hereby absolve ORLANDOimages Online, Desiree Lugo, of any copyright infringement enforcement.

Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy are subject to change. Some information may not be visible through our mobile site, please visit our desktop version for all information.

*Unpleasant weather conditions include, but are not limited to: light rain, clouds, high winds.

**Severe weather conditions include, but are not limited to: storms, hurricanes, extreme winds, heavy rain.

***This only applies to photos taken of the exterior on a non-rainy dark, gloomy day.
